Established in 1993, Transmag (U K) limited is a leading manufacturer of cast resin indoor voltage and current transformers up to 15KV in the UK, and supply several major switchgear manufacturers.

Employing approximately 25 highly skilled and experienced personnel, we currently occupy a specialised factory facility of 20,000 square feet in the centre of Birmingham which is well situated for access to the main UK road and motorway systems -M1, M5, M6, M42 and M40. Rail access - Birmingham, New Street, Snow Hill and Moor Street Stations all within approximately 1 km radius and Birmingham International Airport approximately 8km.

Transmag design and manufacture magnetic, wire wound transformers and coils ranging from small LV ring type current transformers; to 33KV outdoor oil filled voltage transformers, many of which are to customers own individual specification. Our products are widely used in the fields of instrumentation, electrical control, power distribution and generation, mining, rail and petrochemical industries by companies throughout the world.

The company is fully computerised with regard to order processing, invoicing, stock control, manufacturing and also operates a CAD drawing and system.

All our products are designed, engineered, manufactured and tested under our BS.EN.ISO.9001:2000 quality regime, certificate number FM39664.
